I am a lawyer expert in European audiovisual production and in gender equality. Since 2023 I work as Programme Manager at the Pilot Programme for Series Co-Productions of the Council of Europe. Between 2010 and 2022 I managed cinema co-production projects at Eurimages Film Fund. During five years (2016-2021) I have been the executive director of EWA Network, a no-profit organisation that supports European female professionals in the audiovisual sector. I am also a certified coach, acting as an internal coach at the Council of Europe.
